Alicia Ruelaz MD Alicia R. Ruelaz, M.D., is the Associate Director of Consultation - Liaison Psychiatry at Cedars-Sinai Medical Center in Los Angeles, California, as well as a Clinical Professor of Psychiatry at UCLA. She teaches psychopharmacology to UCLA and USC medical students as well as psychiatry residents, psychologists and other therapists in training.
