IOLTA

Centro even provides tools for Managing an Interest on Lawyers Trust Accounts (IOLTA) Program. This includes electronic and manual interest transaction processing with validation for charges and rates that are not within bar defined ranges. You can maintain demographic, profile and contact information for all banking institutions, track and report IOLTA member / firm preferences. There are also tools for tracking non-compliance exception reporting to determine which members or firms are not in compliance or accounts that are receiving interest that have not been reported by the member or firm. As well you can process, track and report on grant applications and funding activities.

Pro Bono Program

Centro allows you to search a volunteer’s practice criteria based upon name, area of practice/specialization, section membership, language, city, county, and region for both Pro Bono volunteers and active Members. You can define the algorithm to determine number of matches and random selection criteria. With Centro you can maintain volunteer Member profile and Pro Bono areas for interest, hours available, hours given to date with requestor breakouts. Also available is advanced statistical reporting by requestor, area of practice and Member.
