This powerful module allows you to create and offer events and CLE courses - everything from a simple luncheon program to a full-blown multi-day convention. Track registrations, speakers, materials and even event facilities information. Pricing options include complex pricing to handle early-bird discounts, section membership discounts, multi-day and special event add-ons to programs. Centro can then generate reports on event profiles and demographics, accept registrations and deliver conformations, manage differential pricing and credit hour requirements, maintain speaker and sponsor information, accept payments, track attendance and report attendance to members and even CLE authorities.
Event Management Features:
- Create and manage every type of event your association might hold. Track location/faculty, speaker names and contact information, registration and attendance and report to continuing education authorities.
- Create complex pricing for events, including early bird discounts, late fees, membership status discounts, fee per day (for multi-day), add-on product and special event pricing (eg golf) and group discounts.
- Manage registration with both staff and online member inputs. Traditional staff management of mailed and faxed in registrations, including payment process. Member Self-Service page allows members to input their own registration and process payments real-time.
- Input on-site registrations on-site. Now you can use event downtime for staff to complete and manage registration inputs during the event, saving time and increasing productivity.
