 All webcasts include PowerPoint conversion / incorporation and PDF preparation services (optimization and/or scanning)¹.

 All webcasts include Windows Media streaming technology² with synchronized PowerPoint experience.

 All webcasts include redundant streaming. This means that two separate on-site webcast computers will be simultaneously streaming to ensure a failsafe production. If one computer fails then the stream will "roll over" to the redundant machine ³.

¹If individual PowerPoint slides exceed 500 per event, scanning of written materials exceed 500 pages or total amount of separate course materials exceed 30 files then extra hourly charges may be incurred. 

² Other formats available upon request. Windows Media webcasting includes toll free technical support.

³ Due to certain Internet limitations at certain facilities this may not be possible. If client agrees to redundant webcast then there may be a possibility of additional Internet connection costs.
